Installed in openmultiboot with latest Vix in flash. When installed in openmultiboot, it would not display in boot menu. Had to create a file called .label_MediaSat-ME-7.2-vuduo2-20151229_usb which contains the name of the image. Had to upload the file to /media/usb/open-multiboot directory.
Once that was done, the image would display in the boot menu and would allow a boot.
