Still getting rain from that low pressure system in the Gulf, about 5 inches of rain over the last 5 days.

Dang... we should have aqueducts paralleling the interstate highways allowing water distribution to specific areas where drought is a problem. If Pokemon exists, no reason why creativity won't allow an interstate aqueduct system. We can sure use the water in the west.
