For amateur radio and DX`er

Frequency input 3 placeS after comma as Ex. 1xxxx, xxx.

Allow to enter DVB-S frequencies in KHz
But keep the dimension in MHz by adding a decimal point

PS: Tested with OpenEight 6.7

What useful function is this supposed to have besides "eye candy"???
Most fta lnb and receiver combinations will be 1-2 MHz off. It is useless to tune in KHz when the system can be off by 1-2 MHz.
