Open Vision Mio/Mio+ Images - Discussion

Hello El Bandido.
It was currently very calm with TNAP3,2 and MIO4k (+).
Thank you for this new Image
just a question :
Does this image bring something new (in comparison with TNAP 3.2) for blindscan and the search for channels with small sr ?.
I will of course try it.
But if there is no progress for the dx-er, I do not know if I will keep it for a long time.

The scan should be equal to or similar to TNAP. I find Open Vision to have a good scan.
I think you will see that this image is different. For example, The OpenVix or OpenPli blindscan plugin will work in this image.

Thank you El Bandido for your response.
First tests on my side, and unfortunately first little problem (some call it a bug)
Be very careful when calling the flash image menu, the receiver freezes completely, forced to unplug the device, and after doing a restart to have all the complete menus
With the original skin (OctEtFHD) many writings are too big, we can change them by working the skin, but we have to see if this skin
is easily editable.

the trial continues

stay healthy

Hello,
I may be a little blind but when I am on the radio list it is impossible
exit this list to be directly on the radio selected with the radio logo.
I can hear the sound of the radio, but impossible to leave the list.
When you press OK you return directly to the TV program.

Or there is another method and unfortunately I do not know it.

It's not dramatic, but all the other images provide that possibility.

Have a good day and stay healthy

In GUI Setting/ User interface turn On "Hide channel list in radio mode".

Thank you very much Megatron817,

Like I said, I was a little blind.
Now everything is perfect.:bigclap:

No problem finding a 1000 sr with the blindscan.
The program is also well represented

to compare OATV 6.4 does not find this transponder
and TNAP3.2 finds even more frequencies

Hello El Bandido
I just saw that openvision had passed
to version 10.1 R186 for the MIO4K, while your modified version is 10.1 R158
Are there any improvements regarding sensitivity, blindscan,
SR mini, frequency separation or anything else that could benefit us?
I even see that the MIO4K + has version 10.2.

Have a nice day and stay healthy
