Just wanted to announce to all the people that Panarex Inc. as a company is no more!
Panarex is the name of the corporation that has brought us Pansat products for all these years.
They are now named Link TV Media, and under this new company they will be bringing us some exciting new products under the Linkbox name as well as providing the Pansat products.
From the owner:
"We made new company mainly targeting IPTV ( also will make and sell satellite products) under the brand name "Linkbox". First IPTV box P-2000 model plan to launch Apr-May, 2012. We can make any new satellite receiver either Pansat or Linkbox"
Also there is no worries about warranty and service for Pansat products. Again I quote from the owner:
"Pansat products sold and to be sold will be supported by the company "Sylmar TV "for warranty and out of warranty period. They will use existing warehouse and tech department with same phone number and website."
So same phone number, same website www.pansatusa.com for downloads, and warranty service. Same building, same technicians, same great service.
In other words, nothing to worry about if you own or will own Pansat products.
And sounds like we will be getting some new technology in the form of IPTV products very soon as well.
