Problem Solved!

Had to make some minor adjustments to my 36" motorized pan today. The last wind storm blew the dish around and I decided to drill a mounting hole through the bracket and bolt it to the pole. Tightening up the bolts was just bending the mount. I can then adjust true South via the U-bolts. To my amazement, the motor was off the reference by 5°. I moved the motor to zero manually and did a reset, I had to do this twice for it to take. This reset has solved most all my issues I have had with USALS and am now tracking the arc without having to bump the dish East or West. I may put up a couple guy wires to stabilize the tower as there is a fair amount of movement in the wind. Been pretty busy as of late and will post pics when I get a chance.

Happy Testing!!!

Here are some pics, if I can get them uploaded in the right format. Got it. Have to do a study on my camera as I'm shooting video every time I turn it on and have to pause and take a snapshot through VLC. Go figure?
