Problem With feedhorn on this satellite

: I just purchased a dual LNBF and the "C" band is working ok but not the "KU" I normally use 10750 and this is 9750 amd 10600 IF. I scan and can not get channels on 9750 and 10600 ? Wiat is the IF freq ? I am using a 6' solid dish and fixed in this satellite.

You need to either use Universal lnb setting of 9750/10600 OR use 10600 and turn 22KHz ON.
9750 Will not give you anything except at a few locations in the Atlantic.
10600 Will not give you anything unless the 22KHz tone is set to ON.
