Problems changing channels

Has anyone had any problems changing channels I try to use remote and buttons on receiver and can't change channel only way is if I open up EPG then select the channel ! I've unplugged the unit over night and reinstalled the firmwear any help is appreciated

I haven't used my x2 premium III in a while, hopefully Carlos will chime in on this one.

Did you update to the latest file! I havent. Working fine with previous one. I will suggest to factory reset and re-install the file. Make a backup of your settings.
