Eddie, Hello and welcome to legit.
Can you get into the menus using the remote?
Have you tried rebooting the box?
You may also try doing a factory reset but this will erase all of your channels plus your antenna settings.

If you have a digital camera you check to see if the remote is working by doing this.

Turn on the digital camera, and have it in recording mode.
That is the mode, ready to take a picture.

Now place your remote control in front of the digital camera lens (2 to 3 inches from the lens).
Look at the LCD screen on the digital camera.
Press a button on the remote control and you should see the infrared light or lights from the remote control in the LCD.

Also you may try to clean the Sensor window in your box, sometimes the Sensor window gets dirty from inside and the command from the Remote cannot be read by the Box.

Another good suggestion.

And if the remote is working after testing, it could be the ir sensor has came loose or moved..looks like a little bulb sort off..in some models of stb's the people at the factory may have not aligned it properly.

Sometimes just twisting it gently to center might fix it, or if the solder has come apart it will need re soldering.
