i hear ya. its going to be 95-98 here. i'll fire up the smoker early then do my meat smoking trick i don't tell everyone about that makes it come out perfect everytime. drink just enough beer in the morning while getting the fire perfect with just the right stream of blue smoke. than pass out while its so dang hot under the air conditioning sleep four 3-4 hours and wake up to perfectly smoked food.lol then drink more beer.lol:darkside:warning to much charcoal and beer will make them turn black.lol make sure you only have enough fire to last what you need if you use the eric pass out cooking metod.lol
Air conditioning is on here today too......luckily Dalton McGuinty has been nice enough not to gouge the hell out of me for running it on the weekends like he does during the week.
Well I finally found a replacement canopy for the one that blew away, so sitting under it now enjoying the fresh air, and it's after 11 so the bar is open..:clap:
