The best thing is no more odd ball 26 degree skew when it happens.

Extra time is expected to be needed for this transition because AMC-1 and SES-3 have different Ku-band polarization characteristics
Specifically, the AMC-1 Ku-band transponders have a polarization cant of 26 degrees. See 1994 GE-1 Order, 9 FCC Rcd at 1273-74,
