Good morning, Costa, and everyone else here at LegitFTA. It's a mild but windy day here. May try to get some fences fixed and then again, I may try to play with my BUD to see if I can get Ku working on it.

Good morning to all,, and let me know how you make out with the Bud EC, we have the same system, so any info would help me as well.

Just curious Viper, are you using your 7.5' mesh for ku?

Right now I use the 36", but the plan was to use the Bud as well..But never been able to get the 621-2 to work for KU no matter what settings I use..I think I would have better luck with a different C/KU lnb, just not sure what one though.

I'm pulling in almost all ku sats with my 6' mesh. My suggestion is to aim for your southern, eastern and western sat. Once your on these sats, pull the dish up and down to see what that does for your signal quality, adjusting the elevation accordingly. Don't max out one then the others will probably be worse, just try to balance it out for an overall better arc and signal quality.

The 7.5 is set ok for C-band for the most part, but when I switch over to try KU there is nothing, to be honest I don't think the KU side of this LNB is working or it's not switching with the internal switch..

I'm using the exact same lnbf. I'm not using the internal switch but have 2 coax coming in for each of the bands. I've noticed that ku is a bit weaker then before but am having no issues, I even scanned in that tough Satmex6 tp and this is with a pole that isn't plumb- new pole install in the Spring.
