When I tried to install TNAP5.1 from online, I got following error.

The TNAP5.1 test images should be online now under Flash image in receiver files.. This includes ustym4kpro

I do not have all of these receivers so I need to know if the images are not available. Will start a 5.1 thread soon.

Downloaded for osmio4kplus. The autoinstall worked well. Nice to have a new image installed and all my user files are as before the new install. So far, so good.

5.1 version for osmio4k+:
picons can not be set up to show on Favourites list next or before the channel name.
neither any channel info. can be set up from any menu, or maybe it has been moved.

i installed the tnap image on my edision os mio 4k...but its are broken... not electric connection!
now i have a octagon sf8008 combo... i want to install tnap image for get the channels under 10750 at 26e with universal lnb...
can you tell me if they can get this tp: 10493 H DVB-S2/8PSK 1000 3/5 at 25E?
or only work with the edision os mio avl6261 turner modification?

The band for a FTA receiver is usually 950-2150MHz. These are the frequencies that come from the lnb.
The Edision drivers were modified so the band is 700MHz to 2150. Unfortunately, there is no modification for the SF8008 that will allow this. So the Sf8008 will not work. Sorry.

It might be possible in the future to modify the SF8008 Supreme because it has AVL6261C. But not today...

it only works for "Edision" receivers.
in the plugins, the "extras" with this possibility is not present

Correct!
The Extra Plugins that allow the extended band can only be seen by Edision receivers. There is no need to show these Extra Plugins to other receivers besides Edision because they Do not work on other receiver models.

Could anyone please let me know if there any more GUI skins working with TNAP 5 other than those in the image and the one skin in the online download feed?
It would be for an Octagon SF8008.

For example, can I FTP any OpenPLi compatible IPK skin file to the SF8008 and install it?

Running version may 12-2024 of tnap5.1, I find strange behavior of the "signal finder" :
When the menu is first open, or switching from 1 tp to the next, the signal is "jumping" for a moment before settling, & few seconds later is doing it again:





Even on a dead transponder:



After a reboot, symptom is gone, but when I put the box on standby, turn on, is doing again.

I just loaded TNAP 5 and it works great, but I'm just curious, is there any chance the Blue Shadow skin will be added to the feeds sometime in the near future?
