Unable to access the site from my provider

Hi! I have a huge problem accessing the forum the past two weeks or so! The problem is my provider which is Wind in Greece. I can access only from a Cosmote network or VPN. Was there a ban in the IP range? Wind usually has 79 or 109.

Hi there MCelliotG,

I have not banned any IP from any range and just double checked in the Admin panel and no Banned IP Addresses. I'm thinking it may be a provider issue possibly?
Please let me know if I can help in any way.
 
Just to rule out a cloudflare issue I have paused cloudflare so please try through your own provider to see if you can access the site.

Thanks for letting me know, must have cloudflare blocking your IP. If you can pm me your IP I can add it to the cloudflare whitelist so I can use cloudflare. I does add a bit more security to the site.
 
Of course however Greek IPs are dynamic, I'll search for Wind Hellas IP ranges and let you know! It's very strange though the problem appeared out of the blue!

I will have a look at that and fix it...since you are the only user in your class I most probably have not set up things properly.
