Unseen Jackson film goes unsold

If the film was made by Jackson's own film crew, and he "gave" it to his driver, why should the driver not have the right to sell it? I understand copyright but this was given freely by MJ. Sometimes I think copyright laws and courts are synonymous with stupidity and slime!

Yea one would think it's the drivers property to do as he likes it..He was given the film by the owner of the film MJ..
