Very Flaky Blindscan

[easily confused]

Over the past few days I have seen my S-9 start to miss a lot of tp's while blind scanning. For example it consistently misses 3937V on AMC6 even though the channels are already there and viewable. I am starting to see this happening more and more. Any suggestions or this thing just starting to get tired?

Happens quite frequently on all ali-chip receivers I've had. Those tp always scan in manually.
