I jinxed myself...I have to work that 6th day...bummer

I guess it could be worse. They could wait until the end of day 5 to tell you to work day 6...

That's not right at all! I have been employed at places like that before. What if I wanted to sleep in on that 6th day? Or go fishing?
I have also worked at places where 10 minutes before day 5 is over, they haul you into the office and thank you for your fine work
and dismiss you. AND the best one yet is the place I worked for, I was on vacation and they called my cell phone to dismiss me.
That's why I took the bull by the horns, so to speak, and work for myself now. Gotta get my fishing tackle lined up.
