Last night was a first, for me, since installing my 7 1/2' dish 3 or 4 years ago. We had severe T-storm warnings, lots of lightening and thunder and heavy rain. Seen all of that many times, in the past, but last night I lost signal on every tp on every satellite. In even the most severe storms I have never had that happen. Has anyone seen this before? This morning all is back to normal. As I said, we have had far worse storms than last before.
 
Never lost all sats before even in the worst storms, but things happen. Bad connection somewhere? Or, you had just enough dense cloud cover at exactly the time you scanned your sats to create the black out.
 
Possible. Rain was heavy enough that I could barely see the dish at 75' away and strong winds to add to the enjoyment. Guess I'm lucky that the tornado warnings didn't materialize.:shithappens:
 
S.... happens a lot here with heavy thunderstorms and DTV dish, now they don't give you credit for outages anymore; they consider it normal reception. lol.
