Wrong bit error rate displayed ?

Hi all.
A picture of the signal indicator screen :

The BER bar shows red full scale; but the error count shows zero. Is that a firmware/programmer goof ?


Toys: 2m HH Unimesh + Universal Ku + C LNBs in the same feedhorn + X2 mini premium + HDMI + TV
 
Looks like a programming error, OR the chip may be asked to display something it is not capable of displaying (BER), hence the erroneous reading.

Seems I discerned what is going on : The BER does not work for Ku. And customer support has no clue of such. Probably neither the product programmer:sadtear:
 
I suppose if the bar has no use for then they should remove it. Most of the low cost boxes out there doesnt come load with this.
 
Works fine on C band. It has to be just a goof. Better making it work also for Ku instead of removing it.

Edited-added: Another : In the picture, shows "Tp: Fav1 - 1179 / H / ...."
If Tp is for transponder; it is missing the transponder number, showing instead the folder the channel is kept (Fav1); frequency/pol/... OK

I like this mini premium; cannot say the same about its programmer.
