i am fairly new, i just tried to upgrade by usb and now my box is stuck and will not reboot does anyone have a sugestion ? i have tried a hard reboot.
 
I have never had that issue on the III before but I would wait for Carlos to chime in, our site guru on this receiver. I think you may need to find a way to load factory boot via rs232 port.

Welcome to legitfta!! Here is the file you need to recover your Premium III. Everything you need is inside the file. You will need a RS232 Null Cable and an old PC with a Com Port. Follow the detailed instructions inside the file. Once you recover the unit you can go ahead and do an update to the latest file attached here or simply do an update using the internet option inside the box. Good luck :bigthumbup:
