Contest! Win a 2 LNB Add On Bracket Bundle for Ku Dish w/Amiko LNB and Pansat 4x1 DiSEqC Switch!

I have been thinking a lot about those folks who only have a fixed 90cm or 1.2M Ku Band FTA dish who are pointed at only one satellite. Ku Band doesnt get much love, but there are worthwhile channels for sure. Problem is they are spread around, and H-H Motors are hard to find. With the right equipment that one fixed dish can be receiving 2, 3 or even more satellites for more FTA channels. For instance, many , many folks are pointed at Galaxy 97.0 Ku for the international channels. Add a 2nd LNB to the dish and get another satellite like SES 3 103.0W (or now 101.0W) and get Loop TV, Cozi TV, NHK, NBC Feeds plus other TV channels and over 80 Radio channels! And that is just one example. Another example Eutelast 117W and 123W. Plus there are other combinations depending on what you like to watch.

So anyways, i put together a new "Bundle" at HyperMegaSat.com where you can get the stuff you need for this project including the 2 LNB Add On Bracket, w/Amiko LNB and Pansat 4x1 DiSEqC Switch all at a really great price. This will allow you to add a 2nd LNBF to your existing dish, with the capacity to add a 3rd, and a DiSEqC switch to make it all work.

And now, we are teaming up with LegitFTA.com forums going to give one to a lucky member!

Here is how you can try to win this Bundle Kit.

All you have to do is post here in this thread.

Thanks for having this contest Casey.

I'll enter it because you can't have too many spare switches or LNBs. My first FTA dish was a Fortec 80cm dish with a Fortec universal LNBF. It was soon replaced by a 100cm Fortec dish with a Fortec (STAB) HH90 motor.

I thought I enter this before? If not.... don't know how I missed it! :krazy:

Thanks for sponsoring this giveaway Casey. I'd like to be entered into the contest.

I still have 2 (smaller) ku dishes that I have yet to mount.
The bracket and lnb would be great to experiment with receiving 2 birds.
My multi-switch ports are already full, so the disecq switch would be used to connect the additional ku sats.

Thanks again for the giveaway!

Id like in on the contest,
my first dish was a 100cm ebay special and a motor a few years back. The motor didn't have much of a lifespan so I'm now back to trying to get as many birds as I can spread across the 100cm and also a dtv slimline I found on the side of the road. This would be great for that purpose.

OK. Well, i am kinda shocked we only had 7 entries, but it is what it is i suppose.

So, the big moment you have been waiting for is here,

And the winner is the author of reply #5 which is armadillo_115!

Congrats armadillo_115!

Please send me a PM with you full ship to address and we will get your prize sent out right away.

Thank you to those who entered the contest.
