Is the openbox s9/s10 hd twin tuner receiver out yet? If so, how good are they and how much do they sell for?

Does anyone have them? If yes, how do you like their performance?

Where could I buy one?

If I'm not mistaken, there aren't any openbox stb with twin tuner.
