MicroHD receiver

so the micro is useless then if you added the right pids and you didnt get the hidden channel to work whats the point of the feature!

the traxis 3500 sd works when you eidt the pids on hidden channels thats a shame..... pixl no wonder why you sold it.

how often do you get to play with hidden pids?
The only time for me with the openbox s10 I just added them with the channel editor.
Not something you do every day.

so even if you own a micro and you add the hidden pids it wont work?

pixl do you have the rai ilaly hidden channel its 12118v 4130 this is 118.6 but will work on a 119 circular if you add the tp in your tp area 12118v wont blind scan in on 119 circular lnb see if you can try if you dont have it go add 12118v to your 119 then see if you can add the pids 4130 4131 with the manhattan? from what you wrote your saying you can add them but they dont work?

Tuna Dude,

For your 118w I had to add TP 12118 V 20000 but it locked right away.
I then did a scan of that TP, only $ channels.
I then keyed in your pids with the remote, RAI Italla pop right in on the Manhattan.

If you find a fight or good movie with your magic pid sat list please post it in here. Thank you.

I see this receiver advertises 32mb flash memory. It seems the S10 is 8mb. Is the flash memory just used when you update? Or is it used in other instances? I see their normal memory is 128mb each.

my coolsat does ok, but no s2 .
it was explained to me as this- and it works! -

Set-up the microHD Motor / Switch Setting this way:
LO: 5150
22khz: off
Blindscan Range: 3000 - 4200
Polarity: Horizontal

now this is interesting because if the rest of the new boxes could at least do that and work, it would help.
i know a number of folks that think 18 volts all the time is a darn good idea.

What about the transponders that are located under the 5750 l.o.?
The Optibox Raptor and some other Fortis receivers can be set up like that. The Raptor has user adjustable l.o. frequencies too.

IMO,Brian should fix the problem instead of providing a work-around for it.
