Enjoy the day, as tomorrow will be a whole new way of life without the smokes . Quit, cold turkey, 13 years ago. Went from 3 packs a day to nothing overnight. Now if I could just convince my wife to quit!!

It's those predicted night time lows of 5C that I don't like, Costa. That is starting to get awfully close to the frost line and we don't need that yet!

I quit cold turkey 6 years ago,but then started again last year... Gotta get in the zone to stop again for good...before the Grim Reaper stops it for me...

I've cut down but been smoking for 33+ years, gotta give it up before it gets me.
