good evening everyone,,,,this day has been tough,,,ambulance carried be to the emergency room early this morning,,,my blood preasure was 235/151 and my heart was skipping,,,they said I was close to having a stroke or heart attack,,,they got my pressure down some but sent me home with medicine,I have no insurance,,,they are wanting to do a stress test this coming week to check for blockages,,,the doctor said No Cigarettes,No Fried Food ,No Salt,No Alcohol,No Caffine,,,so I quess this is the start of day #1 No Smoking

Whoa, junkyman, that's a bit too close for comfort, all I will say is, best of luck with the smoking. Stick it out, it will be worth it.
