Movie Channel?

I just scanned in a new hd channel on Galaxy 28, scans in as ch1 and seems to be a movie channel but there isn't any indication:

4000 V 27599

Has to be C band with that tp frequency.

Watched the tail end of teen wolf, next program I got no sound, for some reason, and suddenly....no signal

Well that explains why I was ub-able to scan anything in....
