There is a new release of e2 from PKteam ... hyperion 4.5 I think. I loaded it on anaconda and it works well.

I've been using PKT images for a few years, on my nBox 5800sx and on my Alien SHD-8900 and Alien 2.
They have always been one of my favourite images to use on an SH4 based box. You can download them from the PKT Forum although unless you speak Polish you will probably need to use Google Translate just to get through the menus.
I have added some screenshots from Hyperion 4.5, using the Alien 2 PKT Skin.

I loaded 4.5 on a USB stick for my Raptor after backing up and it is working very well. The time is finally set from the internet upon booting up when I set it to do so in the plugin.
The only gotchas I can find so far is you should never load the "fix" plugins--expecially the jpeg fix-- from the plugins feed. Upon reboot it will be stuck trying to boot E2 over and over. The other fix is not needed anyway.
