PAL 2 NTSC How2?

Have moved my x² HD to the shop and am now stuck in PAL mode. How does one change back to NTSC? Would be a good sticky for the key presses involved. Just thought I'd ask first before I have to run the stb back and forth from the shop to the basement in the house, quite a jog. Must be the TV in the shop. Thanks in advance!

Once it boots completely

Menu
Right arrow 3 times
Down arrow 3 times
OK
Down Arrow 2 times
Right or left to change Video resolution

You can also try the V-Format boton (FORMAT) below the REC boton. Press , wait a minute, retry and wait till you get video
 
IF that fails try a hammer...lol...ok kidding, that should do the trick...
