This might be the wrong forum to post my question; but couldn't find a site issue forum. Does the shoutbox work?, not working for me....maybe my comp..???

Hi Mike, yes it works, just said hello..I do know some browsers like opera have issue with it and have to refresh..

What browser are you using?

And that is a good suggestion btw..I will add a site issue section.. :)

Hey viper; good to see ya again bud! I am using ff version4; the latest i think.. I can see posts now in the chat, but I cannot post anything there. I have what looks like a restriction on the shout button. Maybe my permissions wont allow..

New here and would like to know if there is a way to disable the shout box to just the main page and not on every subpage? On dialup and takes sometime to load.
 
I've brought that issue up once before CTP, it's part of this version of vbulletin that we use here.

One thing that I have heard that helps some with load speed is if you go in your Cp then go to Edit Options & uncheck Show Signatures, Show Avatars. Unless you need to see them.
