Good Tuesday morning to everyone here at LegitFTA. That's it, that's all, January is history!! The longest Winter month has now bitten the bullet and is in the past so we can now start looking forward to spring but just to make sure we don't get to comfortable thinking of Spring, we are expecting freezing rain/snow/freezing rain starting this evening and throughout the day tomorrow. Oh Joy!! Have a great Tuesday, everyone!!

you can do it my brother,,,I quit for 16 years,,,then with all my problems I started back 3 years ago,,,it about time for me to quit too,,,good luck my brother
 
Good afternoon Ec, Viper, Colossus, junky and all Legit peeps, have a great day. I've been contemplating quitting as well, my lungs are telling me the 33 years of smoking are enough.
 
For you guys quitting or thinking about it, go for it. I quit 14 years ago and went from 3 packs a day for almost 28 years to nothing, one day. Admittedly I was scared sh*tless due to severe chest pains, at the time, but I haven't regretted it for a single day since then. Hang in there Colossus, it will all be worth it.

I'm using the patch lol But I still want to choke the chit out of someone lmao. Its been 1 full day now. I'll take it one day at a time. Been smoking 36 years.
