Vu+Solo Problem

i got the Vu+solo out yesterday to check it out and up grade the firmware it had a old version oh blackhole on it. I flashed OpenPli on and now all i have is a black screen with Hdmi i tried a composite cable and get the same thing.

From what i have been reading this may be a clone cannot find a sure way to tell. This is a picture inside of mind

Video setting may need to be changed, I do that using openweb from my laptop.

Where is the file that you loaded??

Try connecting to the box using FileZilla or the web interface.

i have never set it up on WiFi yet. the file is from openPli forum For the solo.

Try A different Image and see if it comes up.

Yes i tried 4 are 5 images then i noticed a sticker on the bottom of the box that said only use firmware from this site vuplushd.tv i downloaded OpenVix from there it loaded and came up
but my wifi adapter will not work with it

looks like this is definitely a clone i found another wifi adapter and got it to working but when i load a sat list i get the black screen again.

I do not normally buy clone receivers, so I cannot help you with this. Clones may have many different problems or issues. try to find an image that will work with it and do not change it.

I got it to working it finally took my sat file but this is a old version of Vix 2.4.158 came out in 02/2013
