What's For Dinner Tonight?

Well, I had a wonderful classic Christmas dinner last night, complimants of Mr. & Mrs. EC, and all the little ECs, and nothin' beats that. Tdy is a different story! Given the current storm that we have I think I'll bare down and maybe watch some tv and eat whatever soup and sandwhiches I can muster up in front of a classic movie. Cassablanca with a chicken noodle soup and a tuna salad sandwich sounds good.. Cheers.
 
Had a huge lunch at little Italian kitchen where mama makes everything from scratch, so.....eating light 2nite, maybe pull out the shrimp ring, cheese n crackers and of course a greedy glass of wine!
 
Doing a Fondue tonight, chicken, beef, shrimp, veggie stir fry, salads and of course an ample amount of alcohol and working it off playing Wii...

Well this was crap!!

No sauce to speak of on the dish..and I ordered extra meat balls,, the little dish came with 5...lol
Maybe you get 2 on a regular order..Really the worst bland dish I have ever tasted,

At least they refund you and you can keep the crap..maybe the dogs will eat it!
 
My sister is here visiting so she's in the kitchen cooking.....pork tenderloin stuffed with some kind of fruity stuffing, oven roast potatoes and zucchini, I think.
Gonna be good!!
 
Going out to the Broken Plate (yes u might have guessed a Greek Rest) meeting my daughters and their other halves. Excellent food, mouth watering now!!
I'm thinking their meatballs and saganaki for starters then on to Rack of Lamb....yum nom num nom. Might even take them up on being allowed to break my plate after dinner.
