We made a batch of chilli on Sunday and they are going to top our hotdogs tomorrow for lunch.

Chicken and coconut rice with peppers and onions.

Just went out and got a fresh top sirloin and some fresh asparagus, they have jumbo shrimp on sale so could not resist.

So doing the steak in Montreal steak spice and stir fry the shrimp with the asparagus, sesame oil,ginger and garlic.

Been ages since I had a steak so looking forward to it...might be an early dinner...lol
