X2 hd premunm problems

i have a X2 hd premium edition (new) i turn it on and doesnt do nothing the only thing it do is that turns a blue light on the displays that say on i dont got video on tv the box dont respond:bigclap:
 
If using the HDMI try the analog Yellow/White/Red RCA connector. Once you get video go Menu/Setup/ TV Setup and change TV resolution to match your TV. Change back to your HDMI
 
or both at the same time.
the receiver may be in pal mode with the rca cables until you plug in the hdmi.I have to do that a lot of times with the old tv
 
tengo el receiver en on en el display. estoy tratando de ponerle el factoy file por usb a rs232 y dice que lo cargo pero sigue en on.

Explica un poco mejor gatino? Que archivo estas usando para hacer el recovery?? Tienes el ultimo loader? Como lo estas haciendo? Por que la caja esta en ON?
 
gracias por la bienvenida.Estoy usando el loader del 12/6/2012.Me dice que transfiriendo el archivo cuando termina sigue en on.El display sigue igual no indica que esta transfiriendo.Esta caja es de mi amigo y el dice que cuando le puso el bin entonces se quedo en on.Puede que ser que ese bin que le puso esta malo.Estoy usando usb a rs232 pero tuve que unirle otro cable porque la salida de la caja es macho y la del rs232 del cable usb es hembra.
 
Ok, el loader debe ser el 20121106 version 2.0.3.0.1. Necesitas el archivo de recovery 326sz_v33_1024.r1689.flash.gz.gro.stp y un cable NULL no puede ser straight.
Aqui te voy a enviar los archivos correctos y aqui estan los pasos que necesitas hacer:

Desconecta la caja de la electricidad
Connecta el cable Null a tu PC y a la caja X2 en el connector RS232
Abre el loader FlashDown.exe
Abre donde dice Open File
Busca el archivo que te envie "326sz_v33_1024.r1689.flash.gz.gro.stp"
Dale Start to download
Connecta la caja immediatamente a la electricidad
Espera que termine 100%, la caja va hacer BOOT sola y subira . Si acaso te da error repite el proceso hasta que pase por completo

ok.Tengo un problema el cable null que tengo las salidas son hembras y mi pc no tiene para cable null.El louder que tengo dice Flashdownload Terminal V1.0.Donde consigo la version que me distes.
 
Te envie los archivos. uno dice 326...... y el otro dice Loader_X2, baja los archivos. Necesitas una PC un poco vieja que tenga el connector de COM RS232

I had x2 prem v2 and deleted some channels. I think they were radio channels using the delete all function, then it said please wait and got stuck for 30 minutes, so I unplugged after waiting at least 30 minutes, and it rebooted to a black screen and would not respond to remote or front panel, just boots x2 screen then black screen. I then returned it and have since read on about 4 other sites about the same problem in the last 2 months. Everyone has tried restoring through serial and it wouldn't work. So that is at least a total of 4 different people that have had the same problem and reported it. I can't be sure if my receiver was tuned to one of the channels that it was deleting and then would reboot to empty channel.

as long as the boot section of flash is intact,the rs232 loader should work fine.
I use a terminal program like teraterm pro and hit the space bar on pc when plugging in.
The program then comes up with a 3 choice menu for loading or continuing.
 
My X2 premium HD says on in the front screen and wont turn off or show anything on screen. Just wondering if anyone has been able to recover there units using rs232 loader and recovery file. I would appreciate any help u can give me thanks.
 
I have recover and update mines using the recovery Rs232 without problems. Try using the Format boton(right upper corner with an curved like cycling arrow in top and bottom) push it once and wait. Do it again and keep doing it till you get any video. It you use the recovery file unplug the Hdmi video cable to speed it up the process

tengo el mismo problema con el x2 Premium se quedo en ON y no logro recuperarlo
alguien podría dar mas detalles, que programa pasos para recuperarlo?
se les agradece infinitamente
