Same thing. Your auto-restore when updating the image did it (most likely). Follow steps in post number 19. That should fix it. Let me know if it does not.

Backupsuite Has Not been updated for months, unless something is happening that I do not know about. The transponder for Montana pbs has to be Exactly as I have shown it else the epg Will not populate.

Go into the epgimport plugin and look under sources. Verify both boxes are still checked. Press the green button to save, then press the yellow button to populate epg. If epg does not populate for Montana PBS after this, then post a screenshot that shows the Montana pbs transponder frequency like I did earlier.

One final time -- A complete epg guide for TNAP. Let's begin in the order needed for success.
Understand the exact transponder information needed. For Montana PBS, it is 11807H / 2390, NOT 11806H!!!!!
To scan this channel properly, Menu--->Setup--->Tuners & Scanning---> Signal finder. Enter the information as shown, then scan.
Verify the information is correct. Go to: Menu--->Information--->Service. Look at line number 3. It should Be a PERFECT MATCH to this:
1:0:1:1:1:FFFF:A302E1F:0:0:0:
Go to epgimport plugin and access the Sources menu. Make sure both boxes are checked as shown. Then Press the Green Remote Button to save. Press the Yellow remote button to import epg.
A successful epg import that is Complete will show numbers at the bottom of the screen. You will see a message at the bottom that starts with "Last:Today", followed by a time stamp, then the number of epg imports.
If these instructions are followed correctly, and your receiver has Internet connection to the server, then you should have epg on Montana PBS after these steps.
There is no room for error. The epg for a given channel is verified using SID, ONID,, TSID, and DVB namespace. All 4 of these have to be a PERFECT match, else no epg is shown. You also have to import the epg before epg is available. Maybe as a helper, a TNAP image provides a scan report or is supposed to provide a scan report for each scan, regardless of scan type. The default for these reports are /tmp of receiver files. If you want to put the reports on usb drive, then make a folder named exactly ServiceScan and put the folder on the usb drive, then install the usb drive into the receiver. All scan reports should then be found in the created ServiceScan folder.
The scan reports may help because they provide the namespace and other items needed to get epg. The scan report can be a good comparison tool. Example shown below.
