What's For Dinner Tonight?

Just finished stuffing my cannelloni's ...egg, ricotta, fresh parmesan cheese, mozzarella and spinach, in the oven now, bubbling away!!
 
Got some pork tenderloin marinating in Greek feta olive oil dressing. so souvlaki on skewers on the grill with cherry tomatoes and mushrooms and peppers.
and tzatziki sauce to top them off with...
 
Chicken Lazone (it's in the Legit recipes) onion roast potatoes and corn on da cob..I'm ungry!!
 
Still have some left over ribs from the weekend and few cobs of corn I can boil up, so that sounds good to me..
 
A couple of nice pork chops over the charcoal as I type, with a baked tater, and a side of brocolli with cheese sauce. Up early tmw to put some fish me and EC caught in brine and get ready to smoke 'em. Cheers.
 
Looking for the taste of really good beef, picked up some 10oz AAA filet mignon steaks for tonight, probably a caesar salad to go with that.

If that ain't rude, I don't know what is! It's an econo wiener schnitzel at my place tonight with a bed of standard rice and some more darn brocoli. Cripes....I wish ppl would stop posting all these great menus.
