Experiment in the making, roast guinea fowl with the works- picked one up at work but have never attempted to cook one before.

Roast duck done on the rotisserie, rice and corn. The duck was running around the pen 6 hours ago and suddenly ended up on the rotisserie. Ah, good eatin'
