Thanks, I saw that you added "mount manager" and "file Commander" but unfortunately nothing else has changed with the latest release, indeed...
Now in "setup Aglare" the option to add weather has disappeared.I had to remove the pre-installed aglare and then reinstall version 5.2 to see the weather.
When watching a video both the time and duration of the video flashes even if I set only the time display.
It is not possible to install "serviceapp" because it is not present in "systemplugins" download.

since the start of TNAP6, it's the old aglare 3.3 version that's available in the skins. this version works with MSN Weather and the option of putting or not putting the weather in the infobar doesn't exist. that's why what you had installed (following my advice) disappeared after the update because it still refers to the old 3.3 version.
After each update, plug-ins not originally provided with TNAP are not installed, so you need to install them afterwards.

I flashed the new release by restoring the config backup, I thought it restored the aglare 5.2 version, my mistake.
Driver Selector plugin is not changing the driver. The box reboots but the same driver T2MI-Module-March 9-2018 stays installed.

Let's try to be Clear on what we are doing here...
TNAP #6 Is running on the Scarthgap branch and using a different python version as compared to previous OpenPLi images. Scarthgap is only available as of today in TNAP6 or if you build it. No other OpenPLi image available to download is on Scarthgap, including the Develop nightly builds.
Since we are on a different branch, things may work different or not work. Things may be missing. There may be places where the receiver crashes and reboots...etc. You are at a very different place with Scarthgap. Fortunately, the TNAP6 image has progressed to the point where it is stable and really just needs final adjustments and cleanup.
Things like a video not being seen right or similar problems - issues may still exist because no one has seen them or has not bothered to report them in such a way as to make the problem fixable. Skins and other plugins are or may be out-of-date, or simply may need adjusting to work in the Scartgap python version. Any skins or other plugins that are updated should be posted so they may be added to the build. But for the moment, just understand what TNAP6 is (Scarthgap) and also understand that it is a New. PLi type image.

Freearhey Plugin can be removed from next build and can add IPTV org playlist to the feed as it basically does the same thing anyone wants it they can install it themselves.

Freearhey and Plutotv are important features in the Edision. They provide a lot more to view via streaming especially since Ku is getting lighter with respect to things to watch. I'll worry about this after I update with TNAP6. I'm staying on TNAP5.1 for now which is working well.
freearhey gets the same iptvlist from iptv.org so you can still get the lists from the iptv org playlist plugin if it goes in the feed. You just can't see the lsts before you export it like Freearhey2.8 and Feearhey is not working properly for playing the links anyway.

TNAP images are a GROUP effort and not just the effort of one person. I guess it takes maybe all of 5 minutes to load TNAP 6 on one of the four receiver slots and maybe another 10-30 minutes to review it. A few clicks of remote buttons followed by a few minutes of wait time and you are done with installation.
Generally, the more input from different users, the better the image is at least to a point. And the more users, the faster problems can be at least identified if not solved. TNAP6 is being setup to run all summer, maybe longer with just minor updates -or- at least that is the plan. TNAP images are designed mainly for North America. It is the only enigma2 image designed like that.
To put it simple, Do not complain about the finished product if you are not willing to participate in the image testing.

Maybe osmio+ & mini, are not capable to handle the new software, or maybe the software has a bug.
like any other product, nothing is right in the 1st release: e.g. new car models, microsoft windows & so on.

From my part, do not expect to much help, as I have no clue about the making of an e2 image.

You sort of have to complain to get the thing correct right? My MIO4K is running even with the Glamour skin it does not slow down, So you have to ask: What is the difference between my receiver and yours? Look at what htop is saying. It tells you how much resources are being used and even lists the top users. Run without a cam a bit and see if things change. Check htop with the cam out. If the problem can be seen, it might be fixed or at least understood.
Several things went wrong when moving from a plugin to image install. First you have to design and build the plugin. Then you get to create a file that installs all of that in the image. So some mistakes were made. Download the 0302 image and it should be fixed. Feeds were modified a bit to include your plugins. Run software update in the receiver to get the updated feeds if not installing the image. Running software update updates the feeds every time it is ran.

online update to 302 on mio+. same symptom of sluggishness after exiting from service list/signal finder, witch disappears after ~1min.

A lot of very practical things with the latest update.
Aglare version 5.2 with OA weahter ; automatic full back ; select driver ;
no slowdown on my part
the only thing still problematic is the Blindscan
it's very slow and doesn't find everything (consumer satellite, I don't know what it's like with small sr)
