How is the IPTV work on that box?? Is the support OK??

The mega tvi was released last August as mainly a hack box and support was solid for about 2 months. The mega team disappeared and left, whoever had the box, hanging with many improvements left to be addressed. I have heard that iptv was working great at one time or another but since the disappearance, it doesn't function at all.
